Marriage & Relationship Resource Center

Welcome to our Relationship & Marriage Resource Center!

We are never as vulnerable as when we love! Wise words from Sigmund Freud. The people we love seem to either bring out the best in us or the worst. We experience the highest highs and the lowest lows when we are with or around them.

They push us to the extremes of excitement or the extremes of despair. And let's admit it: we don't usually look for help when we are drunk with love hormones. We are on top of the world and life couldn't be better.

But things change! People change! Or they don't change at all, but now, that we are not drunk on love hormones, we finally see them for who they are. What once seemed easy and natural, it now feels like a mentally & emotionally draining Navy Seal training.

This free Resource Center is built just for those times. We cover topics such as:

  • the pitfalls of the different communication styles
  • tips on how to fight fair and still be heard
  • what to do if you are in a relationship with an emotionally unavailable & dismissive partner
  • learning how to be more emotionally savvy with your own emotions as well as your partner's.

I love quotes, so here is another one that's a good fit for relationship coaching: Out of difficulties grow miracles (Jean de la Bruyere, French philosopher) and I couldn’t agree more.

Join me on this journey, good luck, and safe travels! Buckle up! It may get a little bumpy and stormy, but the destination may well be worth it!
